1st reason: driver compatibility issue. 2nd reason: in above case like in the picture, even install correct driver, the system goes to blue screen and can't load windows at all. This system having a graphic chip issue or graphic chip is faulty. The only choice, we can disable the 2nd graphic card (ATI/Nvidia) or ignore the error and use Intel Graphic as a primary display.
